  • Returns

    Eligibility: Items must be returned within seven days of the delivery date.

    Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.

  • Non-Returnable Items

    • Sales items or items market as final sale.
    • Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear) due to hygiene reasons.
    • Accessories such as jewelry, scarves, hats, and bags unless defective.
    • Customized or personalized items.
    • Items purchased with a discount code.
  • The Return Process

    1. Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at customersupport@mode718.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
    2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
    3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, or we made an
      error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

    Please include your invoice or order number when packing your return.

  • Refunds

    We do not provide refunds; store credits are offered for approved returns. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified within three business days of its acceptance or rejection. Approved returns will be processed and issued an electronic store credit within three business days.

  • Exchanges

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.

  • Damaged or Defective Items

    If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately within three of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
